Sherlockeye Tecnologia Ltda. (hereafter simply referred to as 'Sherlockeye') is a platform specialized in open source intelligence (OSINT), focused on the analysis of digital identifiers with the objective of supporting technical investigation and information verification activities.
Registered in Brazil under CNPJ 57.793.041/0001-08, Sherlockeye offers solutions for collecting and analyzing public data associated with usernames, email addresses, phone numbers, and other digital and social identifiers. Our services are directed to professionals and institutions with legitimate digital analysis purposes, including public security organizations, established communication media, and cyber intelligence experts.
This document establishes the Terms of Use and Service ('Terms') that govern access and use of the Sherlockeye platform, accessible via desktop and mobile devices.
By accessing or using the platform, the user declares having read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the provisions herein, the use of the platform should be immediately discontinued. Users registered who wish to close their account can do so directly in the 'manage account' section. In case of difficulties, support is available via email: contact@sherlockeye.io.
Sherlockeye offers open source intelligence services through an automated and scalable interface. The functionalities include the query and analysis of usernames, emails, phones, and other public identifiers, as described on the platform's official website.
Access to services is granted through periodic subscription, which guarantees the user temporary use of the tools and resources available during the respective Subscription Period.
The platform's functionality depends on third-party APIs, such as Google, Strava, GitHub, Instagram, among others. Sherlockeye is not responsible for any disruptions resulting from instabilities or changes in these APIs, as these services are beyond its direct control.
Usage rights: The subscription grants the user a non-exclusive, transferable, and limited use license for the period contracted. Validity and refunds: The credits and access associated with the subscription expire at the end of the contracted period. There is no refund for unused periods, nor transfer of credits between periods.
Forms of contracting: Subscriptions can be contracted directly through the site or through a formal proposal, especially in cases of corporate licenses. Activation and renewal: Activation occurs via email confirmation. Unless written objection is made with at least 14 days' notice before the end of the Subscription Period, renewal will be automatic for the same period contracted.
The user commits to using the Sherlockeye services exclusively for legal, ethical, and compliant purposes. It is expressly prohibited to use the platform for: (i) pursuit, harassment, or any form of intimidation; (ii) obtaining or disclosing unauthorized personal information; (iii) violation of privacy, honor, image, or security of third parties; (iv) discriminatory, fraudulent, or defamatory practices. The user assumes full responsibility for activities conducted through their account and agrees to be solely responsible for any unauthorized or illegal use of the services. Sherlockeye is not responsible for direct, indirect, moral, or material damages caused to third parties as a result of the user's conduct. In case of violation of these Terms, Sherlockeye reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user's access, as well as to take legal and extrajudicial measures, including reporting to the competent authorities.
The Sherlockeye platform is based on artificial intelligence (AI-driven) technologies, which requires controlled sharing of information with internal models and, when necessary, with external models operated by technological partners. This sharing is essential to enable the full functionality of automated data analysis and correlation. Sherlockeye adopts technical and organizational measures to ensure that this processing occurs securely, in accordance with applicable legislation and with the commitment to preserve the confidentiality and integrity of the information processed.
Legislation and forum: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The jurisdiction of the Court of Porto Alegre/RS is elected to resolve any disputes. Separability: If any clause of these Terms is considered invalid, the other provisions will remain fully in force. Changes: Sherlockeye reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after the update implies full acceptance of the new conditions.
