These Terms of Use govern the access and use of Sherlockeye services, an open source intelligence platform that analyzes and correlates data from multiple public sources. By accessing and using the platform, users agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Sherlockeye Technology Ltd. ('Sherlockeye') is a company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 57.793.041/0001-08, offering open source intelligence solutions (OSINT) focused on collection and analysis of public data associated with digital identifiers such as usernames, emails, and phone numbers.

This document establishes the Terms of Use applicable to all users who access and use the Sherlockeye platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sherlockeye, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Description of Services

Sherlockeye offers open source intelligence services through an automated and scalable interface. Functionalities include the query and analysis of usernames, emails, phones and other public identifiers, as described on the platform's official website.

3. Access by Subscription

Access to services is granted through periodic subscription, which guarantees the user temporary use of the available tools and resources during the respective Subscription Period.

4. Integration with Third-Party APIs

The platform's operation depends on third-party APIs, such as Google, Strava, GitHub, Instagram, among others. Sherlockeye is not responsible for any interruptions arising from instabilities or changes in these APIs, as such services are outside its direct control.

5. Subscription Details

Rights of use: The subscription grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited license for the contracted period. Validation and refunds: Credits and access associated with the subscription expire with the end of the contracted period. There are no refunds for unused periods, nor transfer of credits between periods.

6. Commercial Conditions

Forms of contracting: Subscriptions can be contracted directly through the website or through a formal proposal, especially in cases of corporate licenses. Activation and renewal: Activation is performed through email confirmation. Unless manifested otherwise in writing with a minimum notice of 14 (fourteen) days before the end of the Subscription Period, renewal will be automatic for the same contracted period.

7. User Responsibilities and Misuse

The user commits to using Sherlockeye services exclusively for legal, ethical purposes and in accordance with applicable legislation. Specifically, the use of the platform is prohibited for: (i) persecution, harassment or any form of intimidation; (ii) improper obtaining or disclosure of personal information; (iii) violation of privacy, honor, image or security of third parties; (iv) discriminatory, fraudulent or defamatory practices. The user assumes full responsibility for activities conducted through their account and agrees that they will be solely responsible for any misuse or illegal use of services. Sherlockeye is not responsible for direct, indirect, moral or material damages caused to third parties as a result of conduct by its users. In case of violation of these Terms, Sherlockeye reserves the right to suspend or close user access, as well as adopt applicable judicial and extrajudicial measures, including reporting to the competent authorities.

8. Use of Artificial Intelligence

The Sherlockeye platform is based on artificial intelligence (AI-driven) technologies, which requires controlled sharing of information with internal models and, when necessary, with external models operated by technology partners. This sharing is essential for enabling the full functioning of automated data analysis and correlation functionalities. Sherlockeye adopts technical and organizational measures to ensure that this processing is carried out securely, in accordance with applicable legislation and with the commitment to preserve the confidentiality and integrity of information processed.

9. General Provisions

Legislation and forum: These Terms are subject to the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The Court of Porto Alegre/RS is designated to resolve any controversy. Severability: If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid, the other provisions will remain in full force. Changes: Sherlockeye reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after the update implies full acceptance of the new conditions.
